About thereisnogame.org

thereisnogame.org is a small independent fan site built around There Is No Game, the 2015 jam game by Kamizoto in which the narrator insists there is nothing to play. The jam version is served from this domain.

Around it are puzzles with the same sense of humour: games that lie to you, Brain Test riddles with trick answers, and logic puzzles, plus a shelf of arcade and sports games.

How the games work

Every game here was opened in a real browser and checked past its first screen before it was listed; the old site’s dead embeds and unrelated articles were removed. If one breaks later, tell us on the contact page and it gets fixed or replaced.

Who writes the content

The descriptions, control guides, tips and answers on this site are written by the people who run it, after playing the games. Where we describe a mechanic, it is because we have used it. If something we have written is wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will fix it.
